Let's be honest it's not the RITZ CARLTON....or even the RADISSON... it's a budget hotel. However, the SERVICE was GREAT.... the LOCATION was Fantastic (if you need a place close to the airport.).... the BED was COMFORTABLE..... the STAFF was FRIENDLY..... and the PRICE was TERRIFIC. So what more could you ask from a DAY'S INN . Upon arrival we requested a shuttle from the airport, within minutes we were picked up and delivered to the Hotel. Anytime we needed Transportation, directions or information the staff went out of their way to assist. We enjoyed our stay to the point that upon checkout, we made reservations for a one night stay before we CRUISED out of SEATTLE.

I stayed here in mid-March 2010 on an overnight layover. We were in the hotel for less than 9 hours, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a room. The Days Inn was perfect for us. Although we arrived after midnight, the shuttle picked us up quite quickly. Check in took a bit too long, I don't know why it took so much time to give the fellow in front of us a room. But once it was our turn we received the key quickly. Not exactly friendly service, though. While the room was a bit worn and dated, as is expected at the rock bottom price I paid, it was very clean and comfortable. I slept very well. Lots of hot water and fluffy towels for the morning, which I really appreciated. I didn't eat anything from the breakfast bar except the bananas. There was no cream to go with the coffee, so I just waited till we were back at the airport to get one. And Sunny D is the "juice" served.... Shuttle back to the airport left at the scheduled time and the driver went out of his way to help an elderly lady who had mobility problems, ensuring that she was dropped at the most appropriate airport spot. I thought he was very kind and caring. All in all, I was pleased and would choose this hotel again for an overnight stay, if the price was still very competitive.

I arrived at SEA-TAC and called for their free shuttle.They arrived in about in about 10 minutes.Hotel was clean and the night staff was helpful.They recommed a restraunt in walking distant.Continental breakfast was good. The next morning they called for a shuttle to the cruise peir for us.Very helpful staff!!

Definitely a lower end hotel. It is very convenient to the airport and provides a free shuttle service. The room was clean and front desk friendly. Of I had to do it over again, I'd spend an extra $* and get something a little nicer.

This motel was very clean and close to the airport and offsite car rental agencies. We only stayed one night - coming in and out of Seattle, but the front desk was extremely helpful. The lobby computer was tied up by some people and we only needed to get boarding passes. The front desk used the motel computer to print those out for us. Parking is limited and the motel is eight or so stories high, so baggage has to be carried up. There is an elevator and several baggage handlers. Would definitely stay here again.
